Let the Battle Begin

You have the choice every morning when you get out of bed to feel fantastic. Yes, you heard me right… Fantastic! You can choose to have an outlook so positive that it cannot be possibly swayed by any circumstance or challenge that comes your way. You have the choice to live your days in contentment and peace.

You have to focus in on the fact that you already have what you want and it is just a matter of time before it actually manifests itself. Just imagine the weight that could be lifted off your shoulders by just simply applying a positive mindset to everything you do every day.

Our minds are all we have. Our minds are the source of who we are both personally and also professionally. Our minds determine our success or our failure our strengths and our weaknesses. Our minds possess something that is so powerful that most of us are afraid to use it and that is the power to overcome ANYTHING!

I am sure that you have heard of the old saying that misery loves company. I think it is safe to say we all know a lot of miserable people. These are people who try to drag us down into a place where we will lose sight of the things that we gain because of the challenges that we face. We may even know those who are miserable every single day where someone is so destitute that it may inject some humor into the situation.

There will always be people whose pain is so exaggerated that you actually have trouble believing they are in that much pain. So I propose that to combat the misery and sadness of those around us, we must capitalize on all that encompasses our wonderful journey that we call life and be walking in health, gladness and happiness.

When we decide to become the walking happiness and positivity, we then let everyone know that we exude all the health and well-being that has come into our lives.

We understand that at times there will be disappointments and challenges, heartaches and failures, obstacles and road bumps, but that we also understand that all of those circumstances are blessings and there are great things to come at the end of days that absolutely seem hopeless.

We choose to focus on the rewards and the hope, and to let our positive mindset remind us that our character was not developed in spite of those things but because of them.

Anne Frank was known for her optimism in one of the world’s bleakest times which was during the Holocaust. She said: “everyone has inside of them a piece of good news. The good news is that you don’t know how great you can be. How much you can love. What you can accomplish. And what your potential is.”

So now that you know that saying, make sure that those around you recognize the good that is also always inside of them as well. Make happiness and joy and wealth and prosperity a habit and others will follow your health and well-being movement.

 

THIS WEEK'S ACTION STEP

Here is this week’s personal exercise:

This week I would like you to be a walking and talking billboard for your new movement. Your health and well-being and abundance movement.

I would like you to imagine that you have a positive mindset that is so firm that you could change the energy of the mindset of the person next to you. I want you to reverse the misery loves company and make it positive energy craves company.

We know all about the kill them with kindness saying, but instead of killing them you should want to bring the gloomy members of the population to a place of happiness, enlightenment and balance. Your language is a powerful tool so practice using it wisely and effectively.

Make sure everything you do you put in a positive message out to the world and provide a cure for the woe is me epidemic that seems prevalent in society today. Teach it to your children and have them pass it on as well.

Make this a campaign that you want to pursue and even write out cards to those that need some extra convincing. Got happiness? Make it of movement and you’re the spokesman. Get out there and just don’t say it but live it.

Write the words on an index card health and well-being and true happiness and stick it somewhere that you will see it often. This will serve as a reminder of your new job in the campaign for an absolute positive mindset.

Remember, Life isn't about finding yourself, life is about creating yourself. It is time to create the best life possible!
