Physical Activity will Affect your Entire Well-being
Your body needs to exercise to keep itself healthy and functioning correctly. When your body is healthy and functioning you will be amazed at the difference it makes on your mental attitude and also your thinking ability.
It has been proven scientifically that exercise and a healthy diet increases endorphins, blood flow, and synaptic firing in connection in the brain of yours.
If you are not in the shape that you would like to be then you should consider changing your diet and what you eat. Healthy eating is important but by itself it probably does not offer the full solution to getting that full, energetic physical and mental benefit for your life.
Just changing your food intake may visually change your outside, but it is exercise that will pump oxygen and blood throughout your body, making it exponentially stronger and healthier that should be combined with a healthy nutritious diet.
THIS WEEK'S ACTION STEP
Here is this week’s personal exercise:
Take some time this week to pay attention on how much exercise that you do or don’t do. I suggest keep a log for this week on what kind of exercise that your body is responding to or has responded to in the past and what period of your life you were in during that time.
Exercise just isn’t about swimming miles in the ocean or biking from one coast of North America to the other. Pilates, mountain hikes, walking, yoga and more are all willing to contribute to your overall improved picture.
If you just take one week of focus self reflection it will help you recognize how your body improves during specific exercise and how you feel when exercise becomes a normal part of your life.
It is much easier to take those huge strides forward in your life when you are healthy and wealthy from the inside out.
I suggest pre-determining the objectives you want to accomplish. Think big, act big and set out to accomplish big results.
Remember, Life isn't about finding yourself, life is about creating yourself. It is time to create the best life possible!
