Week 44 Stepping into Greatness Lesson

Be the Person you would like to be


It is sometimes easy to think about whom we want to be and what we want to do but it is much more difficult to evolve into it. I want you to remember this simple ideology: being and doing creates having.

You’re being starts with simply by being that what you would like to become. Start meditating and holding the belief within yourself that you are the person that you would like to be. Once you start acting like the person that you want to be you start becoming that very thing from the inside out.

Embodying what you would like to become will transform you. After all, you already hold the traits within you that you would like to become. It would not be possible to envision this new you or this new person that you would like to be if you didn’t believe that you could actually achieve that very vision.

Allow you to feel it and allow yourself to believe it. Once you start doing this several times a day you will start becoming and acting the person that you want to become.





Here is this week’s personal exercise:

Take some time and sit down for a few minutes and make a list of everything you would like to be and do. Over the course of the next few days, for each item that is on your list, take a few minutes and sit and meditate on each thought.

You should meditate on how you would feel being that person in that very place, having turned that vision into a reality. Do not let any kind of negative thought patterns or incredulous talk such as, “you can’t possibly be that person!” Force you to back down from you envisioning this person that you want to be. Sit still and let that thought warm you all over and permeate your very being.
The thought that warms you the most is what you really resonate with. Focus on what you resonate with. As you are honing in on that person that you wish to be, ask yourself what practice or trait you can consciously incorporate every day that further embodies this future person into your reality today.

Remember that if you set the goals you get big results. If you set no goals you get no results.

Remember, Life isn't about finding yourself, life is about creating yourself. It is time to create the best life possible!
